Dag Langfoss-Håland is a former Officer and Lieutenant in the Norwegian Armed Forces. For the past 12 years Dag has been working in the Norwegian music industry as an agent at Artistpartner, Sony Music Entertainment and JS Artist. Dag has exclusively represented some of the biggest names in the Norwegian industry – Madcon, Raga Rockers, Bertine Zetlitz, Thomas Dybdahl, Ralph Myerz and the Jack Herren Band, Tone Damli, to mention a few.

Pål Myran-Håland is a composer, music producer, sound engineer and creative lead. His work has reached Best Electronic Act - BT Digital Music Awards '06, most played song at NRK P3 ’06, and been play listed in most of the major radio/TV channels in Norway and UK. Pål has worked with Universal Music, Sony Music, EMI Music, EMI Music Publishing, Kaveh, Lars Vaular, Datarock, Susanne Sundfør, to mention a few.

Erlend Hausken is a media strategist and creative brand developer. He has served as the Global Director of Marketing in Opera Software and has advised some of the world's biggest brands and companies, from Microsoft and McDonald's to PepsiCo and Adidas. His campaigns have been written about in The New York Times, TIME Magazine, Wall Street Journal, CNN, NPR, Times of India, BoingBoing and Tech Crunch, to mention a few.
