18 years of fitness experience and training clients in the Detroit Metro area for past 5 years. I have notice a trend and no ones jumped on this. I want to be the first one to open a Pilates studio in the growing higher populated area of Royal Oak, Michigan. There is nothing like my idea in the area, but where I teach now in the city of Birmingham, Michigan. Birmingham is oversaturated with studios and non of them have evening cliental because they serve the housewives of the area. I want to tap into both demographics. Royal Oak is booming with young professionals that are looking for classes throughout the day to fit in their workout. They don't have time with commutes and no where to attend pilates in evenings in the area. My studio would offer both personal and group classes for both Pilates and high interval fitness classes to appeal to everyone.
