She has been an entrepreneur for the past 5 years, as a co-founder of Condiminds and Leanbirds. Is in charge of customer development and acquisition and represents Soukboard in front of potential investors and partners. She is also a Scrum Master and acts as Product Owner in front of the team.

Has more than 8 years of experience as a developer in companies as: HR Smart and Hexacta. He is also a Scrum Master and has been an entrepreneur for the past 3 years en companies as Digital League and Leanbirds. Juan Pablo is Soukboard CTO and is in charge of coordinating the development team, defining the technology and architecture and implementing complex functionalities.

Marketing specialist from UCES, with 5 years of experience as an entrepreneur co founding Condiminds and Leanbirds. She has experience in multinational companies as HP, EMC and Globant. Susana is a Magister in Technology Business Management from UDESA and a Scrum Master. In Soukboard she is in charge of the Marketing strategy and the management of both the development and design team as a PM. Along with Lucila she defines business strategies.

Gabriel is a System Engineer (UADE) and Scrum MAster. He has more than 10 years of experience in multinational companies such as HRSmart and Nextive among others. He co founded his first company 4 years ago, Digital League, and again on 2012: Leanbirds. On Soukboard he is in charge of defining the technological strategy and structure with Juan Mansor.

Martiniano has been working as a software developer for over 3 years, mainly in web development. He is a very fast learner, passionate and a committed developer. Always interested in learning new technologies.
