Soteria Technologies has completed a prototype of its personal-use respirator based on the chemical generation of oxygen from one’s exhaled breath CO2 and water vapor. This small, lightweight potentially lifesaving system is designed for use in high-rise apartment buildings, offices, hotels and other hazardous, difficult to exit environments, in case of fire, smoke or noxious chemicals.
