Mr. Uskup is President of Sorbent Green LLC. He is responsible for managing all stakeholder relationships and business development for the company. He brings 18 years of experience from management consulting, information technology industry (software & telecommunications), real estate, and venture funding to the management team at Sorbent Green.

Mr. Gauvreau is part of the business development team at Sorbent Green LLC. He is focused on developing sales for the company within the aerospace & industrial HVAC market segments. However, the early stage nature of the business draws Mr. Gauvreau into all customer segments where he is involved in the development of customers, sales representatives, dealers, distributors, and investors that are interested in working with Sorbent Green.

Mr. Baynes is a CPA with over 25 years of accounting, finance, investment/merchant banking, senior executive finance and operational experience. He is a Partner with Gross Capital Advisors with a focus on executing M&A transactions, private equity capital raising and investing activities, corporate restructuring, strategic planning and other financial advisory services.
