Food trucks are huge in Seattle and the surrounding areas, but we're tired of seeing the same old taco trucks. Having grown up our entire lives in New Mexico, we found ourselves craving the delicious New Mexican cuisine that Seattle sadly lacks. We believe we have what it takes to bring the flavors of New Mexico to the Pacific Northwest in the form of a food truck (to start), with the hopes of expanding into a brick-and-mortar location later on.
