Shelby oversees Soom Foods operations and administration and supports the company’s development and strategy. As a graduate of the Wharton School of Business, Shelby gained experience business planning, fundraising and operations as a fund analyst at Ben Franklin Technology Partners, and co-Director of an international Jewish non-profit organization, PresenTense.

As the VP of Sales Amy is responsible for Soom Foods sales strategy and account management. With a degree in Interpersonal Communications from the University of Delaware, she connects with potential and current customers, from initial contact to closing. Amy has been primarily responsible for the growth in the Soom Foods customer list to date.

With her husband Omri, Jackie is responsible for sourcing and importing the tahini to America. When she is not coordinating an import, she allocates approximately one day/week to Soom Foods on operational and administrative tasks. Jackie also uses her Masters Degree in Environmental Studies for Tel Aviv University to promote Soom Foods environmental consciousness through our membership with One Percent for the Planet.
