Low-intensity ultrasound is an effective non-chemical treatment in many areas, including against malignant melanoma. Our technology is being developed for those in need to increase positive patient outcomes while simultaneously driving down the cost of care.

CTOMiriam is the creative force behind Sonify. She received her PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Maryland in 2011 and her BA in Chemistry from New York University in 2005. She has significant expertise in membrane channel function, mechanosensation, and mammalian physiology. She has also worked with various DNA nanostructures and has spent time in industry working in color and flavor chemistry at PepsiCo’s International R&D.
