Michael, CFO, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He currently works at a "Big Four" accounting firm and assists a diverse range of public and private clients in various industries, including technology, financial services, and consumer business. As a tax generalist, he works closely with client personnel and engagement teams delivering comprehensive solutions through experiences, expertise and insight. Michael graduated from Virginia Tech

Nick has a Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech. He works in enterprise business strategy for a large defense contractor, identifying key market growth strategies, and working directly with the Executive Leadership Team to shape a portfolio of over $7 billion. His responsibilities included financial forecasting, investment modeling, and market analysis.

Alex, Vice President of Marketing & Sales, has worked both as an engineer, a business development and business management analyst for a large defense contractor , gaining significant experience in capturing new business and managing customer interactions. He has an electrical engineering degree from University of Michigan and a master’s degree in systems engineering from Cornell University.
