He has traveled throughout America spreading the importance of health & wellness through fun and creative classes, has been featured on TED Talks, and recently filmed "Chew's Challenge: 28 Days to Wellness" on the Dare2Dream Network. Chef Chew is passionate about teaching the importance of nutrition and democratizing access to plant-based food for underserved communities.

He has held several senior-level positions in both the public and private sectors. He has a BS in Economics from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) and an MBA with a Finance concentration from Loyola University, Maryland.

Dior RichardsCOODior earned her Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Howard University and pursued a career in Oncology research thereafter. She developed her experience in project coordination and process improvement during her 10 years in oncology research and furthered her skills while serving as a management consultant for the federal government. Dior now serves as COO, focused on the development of processes and systems for day-to-day operations.
