Chef Chew has been a vegan food inventor/restaurateur for over 13 years. He has traveled throughout America spreading the importance of health & wellness through fun and creative classes, has been featured on TED Talks, and recently filmed "Chew's Challenge: 28 Days to Wellness" on the Dare2Dream Network. Chef Chew is passionate about teaching the importance of nutrition and democratizing access to plant-based food for underserved communities.

James serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Something Better Foods, Inc, and has over 12 years of experience in the finance industry. He has held several senior-level positions in both the public and private sectors. He has a BS in Economics from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) and an MBA with a Finance concentration from Loyola University, Maryland.

Dior earned her Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Howard University and pursued a career in Oncology research thereafter. She developed her experience in project coordination and process improvement during her 10 years in oncology research and furthered her skills while serving as a management consultant for the federal government. Dior now serves as COO, focused on the development of processes and systems for day-to-day operations.
