Chaz’s passion and knowledge comes from working in the solar energy field for over seven years. He is a life-long entrepreneur, starting and advising three successful business. Chaz also spent time in the telecom/Internet field as a business development manager and sales executive. His experience as a builder and electrician help him administer complex designs in solar equipment.

Zephyr brings international business experience and management expertise to SolSolutions. He specializes in organizational business strategies, accounting, writing for the media, marketing and statistics-based analysis. Zephyr holds an MSc in Management from Cass Business School in London, a leader of applied business practices. He also holds a BA in International Economics and Public Relations from San Diego State University.

Traverse is an expert in sustainable event production. He uses innovation and creative design to manage power, distribution, electric, booths and stages across West Coast festivals. Traverse is also well versed in audio production, having mastered his craft in weddings and events for 10 years.

Paolo is a skilled engineer of solar and electrical systems. He sharpened his techniques building composite airplanes for 15 years, as well as installing solar systems for eight years. Paolo also has both a general contractor license and a C-46 solar contractor license. He holds an Electrical Engineering degree from a polytechnic institute in Italy.
