Athena is a serial entrepreneur with leadership, technological, and business experience. She has started and managed 3 businesses ranging from a solar design and training company to a restaurant. She has a Professional Science Master's in business and nanoscience as of May 2012. Her other degrees include a BSCE and MS in Environmental Engineering. She is a retired Navy Reserve commander of the engineering duty officer corps.

Eric will lead product development. He contributes an expertise in organic photovoltaic device research and development as well as semiconductor device manufacturing via the UNM nanoscience doctoral program and as project engineer at Intel respectively. Eric has a BS in Materials Science and Engineering with a minor in Optical Sciences from the University of Arizona, and a MS in Materials Science from Northwestern University.

Mike brings 20 years of managerial experience for Target Corporation to guide the market penetration. He holds a BBA in Marketing from UNM and will receive a Management of Technology master’s from Anderson School of Business in August 2012. He is Cisco System Certified to oversee any network administration as needed. As a manager, Mike has directed many projects. He currently oversees all the NM facilities’ operation and renovations.

Alicia will obtain her Professional Science Master’s in NSMS from UNM in August 2012. and has her BSME from NM Institute of Mining and Technology. She has been part of several design teams for devices involving biomedical, energy, and aerospace devices. She brings youth and fresh ideas to develop the product and lead a sales team in reaching the initial target market. She currently interns at Intel facilitating communication between projects.

Allister is a technologist and engineering manufacturing professional. He was a founding partner and acted as CTO for a residential/ commercial thermal coatings company. He obtained his Professional Science Master’s in NSMS from UNM in May 2012. His formal education includes a BSME from UNM. He has worked/ interned in a semiconductor manufacturing environment developing process parameters for joint UNM/ Sandia National Labs projects.
