Previously in 1994, Michael founded New Tier with the vision of creating an interactive marketing company. In his role as President and CEO, Michael was responsible for developing the long-term vision and strategy for New Tier, managing the day-to-day operations , and overseeing new product development initiatives.

Ravi Achanta is a co-founder of SoloWindow, and is responsible for the the companies vision and day-to-day operations.

Ravi also serves as Executive Vice President for Veritra where he is responsible for determining overall strategy and direction for the company. Ravi has a successful history of owning and operating business ventures in the IT, educational, real estate, and manufacturing industries in the US and India.

Brian Hickie is a co-founder of SoloWindow, and is responsible for the operational and programmatic support.

Brian Hickie is an accomplished technology and business solutions executive with over 18 years of experience, 10 years at the executive level. He is a highly motivated and committed senior leader well versed in being an influential change agent who builds and enhances relationships at all levels within organizations.

Rao Achanta is a co-founder of SoloWindow, and is responsible for the over architecture and design of the solution. Rao also manages the development teams in the US and India.

Rao Achanta is an experienced Technology and Software Architect with vast experience in design and building highly scalable applications in large environments.
