John has a track record of creating successful ventures with over 30 years experience in the IT industry in a variety of roles from engineer, developer, strategist, commercial marketeer to CEO. John has been involved in leading companies including Level 3 Communications, Orygen and Texas Instruments and acts as an IMI/Cambridge University business mentor to a number of high growth technology companies.

Aiden is responsible for Solgari's global direct and indirect sales channels as well as strategic partnerships in the vertical markets in which Solgari operates. Aiden has held Senior VP positions at Oracle Corp, Siebel Systems and Infor and has successfully built sales and consulting teams in the UK & EMEA and was responsible for the growth of ERP, BI and CRM businesses across many different vertical markets.

As Chief Technology Officer Vance is responsible for the vision and delivery of the CICS (Cloud Integrated Communication Services) platform which underpins all of the Solgari Cloud services. Vance has designed and patented many technologies in the telecoms and voice biometric arena many of which are in use by law enforcement agencies and financial services organisations worldwide.

Ed has 16 years of experience in telecoms corporate finance, private equity and cloud service start-ups. Ed spent 10 years working in corporate finance at Citigroup in Dublin, London and Paris, covering the TMT sector. Ed subsequently worked in private equity and became CEO of an investee company in the Internet Cloud Security space for 2 years. Ed also acts as an advisor to Enterprise Ireland on early stage technology investments.
