    Founder and Chairman

    Michael Ledbetter was a systems analyst overseeing multimillion-dollar projects for government contractors from 1983 to 2005. in 2005 he lead an award winning team of engineers to develop film/television editing technology lauded by the NAB. In 2006 Michael began his pursuit of socially responsible venture and he joined the executive team for a chain of vegan restaurants. Now as founder/chairman of SOLEA Michael is true to sustainable endeavors.

  • Laura Elizabeth Lomax
    Founder and President

    Since 1983 Laura has been involved in health and wellness. In 1983 she began managing a network of community medical facilities. In 1990 Laura started up a firm specializing in correctional health care systems targeting state and local prisons and jails until its sale in 2001. Laura was named President of the worlds largest vegan restaurant chain in 2005 when she became an eco-preneur. Today as SOLEA’s president she oversees the operation.
