Mr. Wren was EVP at Spring Mountain Vineyard, VP of Merryvale Vineyards and Export Director for Napa Valley wine companies. Mr. Wren graduated from University of California, Berkeley, and participated in Graduate Studies at the USC, and Pepperdine.

Mr. Cook oversees all the tasks and responsibilities surrounding the office of the CFO. Mr. Cook graduated from BYU in accounting. He is a member of the AICPA and is a licensed CPA. Mr. Cook's career has been spent in public accounting with KPMG and in serving as secretary, treasurer, CFO and director for public and private companies in various industries.

Mr. Spisak graduated from Boston University. He oversees Design and Engineering Operations. He is responsible for customer and reseller services and technical support, as well as design modifications and improvements and systems integrations. At BU, he won a United Technologies engineering award, had a peer reviewed technical publication and conducted foreign engineering studies at the Technical Institute in Dresden, Germany.

Mr. Spisak has extensive resource and technology business development experience and governmental affairs. He has managed a mining company, restructured and ran a copper refining and trading firm and did technology development. He founded an environmental engineering remediation company and led a venture to permit and develop one of the largest waste disposal systems in the US. He has testified many times before the US congress. Purdue BS '72.
