Fred Milder has a BA in Physics from MIT and a PhD in Physics from U of Michigan. He founded and was CEO of the medical device companies, Implemed and CryoCath Technologies. Products and patents span the artificial heart, antimicrobial materials, catheter cryoablation and solar heating. He has been Prof of Physics & Math at WIT and developed internet science courses for Harcourt Higher Ed. He lives in an off-grid home with solar hydronic heating.

Bristol Stickney is a renowned solar heating authority with 35 years in the field and a BSME from U of Maine. He has worked with Amory Lovins at the Rocky Mountain Inst and, as Research Dir. of the NM Solar Energy Assoc, he developed unique control and plumbing concepts now embodied in SolarLogic products. He writes Six Principles of Good Solar Hydronic Heating for national magazines and has won awards for system designs and controls innovations.
