Currently a Director of ATS Automation Tooling Systems, a public Canadian company with 2011 sales of about $800 million.

    As VP-R&D at Eastman Kodak and Heidelberg Digital, he led commercialization of a leading-edge digital printing product line. Has significant clean-tech start-up experience in both technology proof-of-concept and operations development, including contract manufacturing sourcing. He is responsible for both product development and operations at Solar Sentry.

    Experienced sales executive who sold and delivered high-level business and telecom consulting for Peat Marwick for ten years. Formed and ran own start-up telecom consulting firm for seven years. He had significant success as the Xerox National Account Manager selling software and services for Computer Associates.

    Chief Engineer

    Previously a principal engineer at A.B.B. Kent Taylor for MOD30 and MODCELL process control instrumentation. These product lines were key elements of one of the earliest and most widely used microprocessor-based control systems in process control. Carl has significant embedded systems hardware and software development experience.
