He also leads SOL VISTA's ongoing business development and client management. Before SOL VISTA, Zack spent many years in the energy industry and founded a forward-thinking commercial building optimization company.

Shannon is a "recovering" big-firm attorney, wanna-be programmer, and highly-driven entrepreneur. His executive leadership skills are informed by diverse personal and professional experience, including leveraging education and ambition to rise from childhood adversity into building a clean energy and green building-focused practice within one of the world’s largest law firms. He now harnesses this experience to devise SOL VISTA’s strategic path.

Jim has over 20 years of IT experience focusing on software engineering and scientific computing. Since 1998 he has provided high-end technical solutions for clients including NOAA, NIH, National Geographic, and Georgetown University's Lombardi Cancer Center.
