Juan Garin has over 15 years of experience leading consulting engagements for a wide of range of international businesses and government organisations. Before founding Sofoi, he served as Director of Consulting at Oxford Analytica, a strategic analysis firm. Juan complements his consulting activities with teaching at leading universities and business schools including the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and Georgetown.

Nicolas Weeger has over 10 years of experience leading a wide range of technology projects including developing an online content platform for a leading television network, building web monitoring tools, creating advanced data visualizations for the telecoms industry, and developing Wikimedia France, an association for which he served as the first president.
