Social Power ("SP") is the platform that harnesses the untapped power of social media to resolve everyday consumer issues. Through the "Issue-Initiative-Resolution" process, consumers raise issues that matter to them and others, users and SP then share the issues socially until the issues mature into initiatives, and then SP works with the appropriate agent of change to reach resolutions that will bedelivered back to the SP community.

    Mr. Gleich founded Creditline, a credit-repair company, during his high school years, and helped form and streamline Time Equipment Corp., a time and attendance business, during his college years. He has served as MD at real estate company R.B. Miller & Assoc., and co-founded Hudson Development LLC, a commercial and industrial real estate company. He also co-founded (and is currently a partner at) financial services company Broad Financial.

    COO

    Mr. Herenstein is a former corporate and restructuring attorney at Willkie Farr & Gallagher. He spent over 10 years as a senior portfolio manager at Citigroup, Saranac Capital and Societe Generale, specializing in equity and special situation strategies.
