Akiva has a strong background in event management, and extensive experience in event planning. He has a deep understanding of the needs event-goers-and-creators have, from advertising the event to thousands to communicating with groups in the hundreds.

Frank has more than 28 years of experience in corporate and securities law, and has represented some of the largest and best-known technology companies and venture capital funds in the United States. His clients have included public and private companies as well as venture and private equity funds. He received his JD and his MBA from the University of California at Berkeley, and his AB from Harvard University, with honors.

Michael served as an intern for Judge Susan Richard Nelson at the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, and then as a Law Clerk in the Minneapolis Area Office of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. He has represented clients in a variety of industries including robotics, software development, banking, social media, education, and other high technology industries.
