Steve Jones has 21 years experience building consumer product, wholesale & distribution, financial and technology organizations into thriving businesses. He is responsible for the sales, marketing, customer service, financial and operational activities of the company. His undergraduate degree is from Vanderbilt University and MBA is from the University of Cincinnati.

Alessandro Latini has had a successful 10-year career in designing furniture for major U.S. retailers such as Crate & Barrel, Macy's, West Elm, and Pottery Barn. Prior to starting SOBU, he served as Creative Director at a top 100 furniture wholesale company. His responsibilities include overseeing all design, sourcing and product development. He has a degree in Architecture from UC Berkeley.

Laleh Latini has an extensive background in graphics design and photography, specializing in catalog layout and design. Her client list includes Pottery Barn, Williams Sonoma, Design Within Reach, among others. Her responsibilities include marketing, advertising and graphic design. She has a degree in design from UC Davis.
