The SnowShoe Stamp is an intuitive, secure, inexpensive tool for proving that a smartphone user is in a specific place, at a specific time, and interacting with a specific person or embedded system in a verified manner. The SnowShoe Stamp has no moving parts, no battery, and is incredibly durable. It is dishwasher safe - perfect for hectic retail and restaurant point-of-sale environments.

Team

  • Claus Christopher Moberg
    President and CEO

I won the TechCrunch Disrupt SF Hackathon (2012), placed in the Developer Week Hackathon (2013) and won a jury prize in the Foursquare Global Hackathon (2013). After 10 years at UW-Madison, I gained 3 degrees (though quit my PhD thesis to focus on SnowShoe). I'm also the youngest person to fly through a hurricane in the name of science (mostly).

  • Jami Li Morton
    Cofounder

I won the Blackwell Award for Excellence in Creative Expression at Colorado School of Mines. I'm also one of the only people in the world who knows how to alter the mercury chemical reactions in the EPA's Community Multiscale Air Quality Model.
