Tom is a seasoned entrepreneur, having helped found or launch 7 technology companies, 6 of those resulting in successful liquidity events. Tom is a passionate participant and sometimes competitor in snowboarding, skiing, surfing, standup-paddling, downhill mountain biking, and kettlebells. An early SUP adopter and three-time Molokai Crossing competitor, Tom had the inspiration for Snowshift while gliding in a 10 fot mid-channel swell.

Paul Lew is recognized as the inventor of the carbon clincher rim, and he invented the inert-gas molding process for modern-day high-tech carbon fiber
bicycle wheels used by Reynolds Cycling, Shimano, Easton, and Enve. Paul currently serves as Director of Technology and Innovation for Reynolds Cycling, LLC., and he heads the Reynolds Composite Studio (RCS). Paul has twenty-one US and Foreign patents to his name.

Greg has 17 years of action sports brand building, promotional and action sports experience. Most recently Greg managed the snowports division at SIXSIXONE, ran snow-related promotions for BlackDot Clothing. Greg's background include marketing and promotions, events, product development, research and design, and athlete management.
