Bill is a partner with Praxis Partners, an executive services and consulting firm focused primarily on the special needs and circumstances associated with venture capital, private equity backed businesses and start ups. Bill has more than thirty years of experience as a financial executive in both employee and consulting capacities. Bill is a CPA and earned a BS in Accounting from the University of Colorado - Boulder.

A recent graduate from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado, Christian graduated with a degree in Marketing, a minor in Italian studies and a certificate in Entrepreneurial studies. His marketing experience stems from working for major corporations such as Frontier Airlines and Crocs. Inc. His experience includes social media campaign designs, search engine optimization analysis, brand management, and personal sales.

Cory completed his Finance degree with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship from Leeds School of Business at CU in May 2012. Since then he has worked full time on SnowGate. To date he has helped raise $375,000 for the company, secure a beta partner, and produce a working prototype, and install at our first customer. Cory is from Durango, CO, and likes to stay active . Recently, he helped organize the first ever TEDxCU event.

Chris is currently the founder and CEO of iPhorex. His company provides a premier platform for mobile foreign exchange trading. Prior to this Chris founded and ran SeaLink Technologies, an Internet portal that provided services to the international ocean freight market. In 2000, the company was renamed to XchangeDOX and now provides services enabling customers to exchange shipping and regulatory documents to US Customs and US Census Bureau.
