Menno Robbergt has a technical background at RU Groningen and advises companies and government bodies on management and organisation as well as on technical efficiency. He is responsible for and supervises the technical aspects of the Slow Mill prototypes.

Erwin Meijboom has a technical background at Wageningen, environment, cradle to cradle and sustainability. He is manager at Hoogheemraadschap Delfland and advises on sustainability. He is responsible for the scientific research on the Slow Mill prototypes, financial projection, debriefing, and communication to government bodies.

Erwin Croughs sailed across the world oceans and specialized in design, develop, construct, produce and market new products. He puts about one new product per year on the market, the greatest success being the self adjusting outdoor table, winner of the Horecava Innovation Awards 2005.

Patrick Jansens has a lot of experience in construction and specilizes in plate steel. He made all the Slow Mill models and helped on preparation, set up, and execution of the Slow Mill lab tests. He is responsible for construction and installation of the prototypes.
