Smock Couture designs hand smocked clothes for infant girls to tweens. All my clothes are manufactured in the Philippines. I incorporated in 2009 & started selling traditional designs. Client feedback led me to fuse contemporary & traditional designs. My clients are mostly homemakers & working mothers.
