Jefferson is a finance and data analysis specialist focused on Smilu's operations and data-driven development process. Most recently part of the finance management and green-light team at New Regency Productions, Jefferson spearheaded video game initiatives, turning existing intellectual properties into fun games. He holds a bachelor's degree from UCLA.

Scott is a human resources and project management professional who leads the Smilu team. He was most recently the Head of Recruitment for Riot Games, where he built and scaled the team the team behind League of Legends, the most played video game on the planet. He has worked strategically with and consulted top game companies such as Naughty Dog, Sucker Punch, and Trion Worlds. He holds a bachelor's degree from UCLA.

Edward overseas on technology initiatives on Smilu's platform and game. A former independent game developer, Eddie worked on the browser-based multiplayer hit, Battalion (currently available on Kongregate). He was most recently a Lead Engineer at General Atomics where he architected on software for Predator Drones. Edward holds a Computer Science degree from UCSD.
