I am a property developer who has been renovating and developing HMO student properties in Nottingham for Sweetspot based in London. All the houses developed are finished to Unipol regulations which in turn then accredit the properties as of a certain standard regarding fire safety and of a high enough standard with the minimum space required per student.
I am now looking to secure an investor to allow me to build a property portfolio.
