We are looking to open a small farm based out of Southern New Jersey. The farm would serve mainly as a rehabilitation and retraining facility for off the track thoroughbreds. These horses would be purchased from training facilities, tracks and what have you, let down, and retrained in the optimum amount of time. The facility will also be used for boarding (to offset costs) and for clinics and events to benefit the local equestrian population.
