We train future middle-skill professionals (tradespeople that don't hold a degree but received some training) through freelance projects supervised by subject-matter experts. Our fellows (l)earn while they work on real-world projects under mentor supervision. We are launching Newark Career Accelerator in partnership with City of Newark to upskill talented individuals into middle-skill careers in audiobook industry, creating a big social impact.
