SmartKickz™, Inc. (“SmartKickz™” or the “Company”) is a startup enterprise in the athletic shoe market segment focused on children. By creating a high-quality athletic shoe combined with several unique, optional features, SmartKickz™ believes it can achieve rapid growth even in the highly competitive athletic shoe market. The shoe and the business structure to support the manufacturing and marketing of the product have been under development for approximately 2 years.

The SmartKickz™ shoes will be targeted initially for the 2 to 5 age group. The initial product offering will be two styles of shoes (one for boys and one for girls), each with six voice responses (three each for putting the shoes on correctly and for putting them on incorrectly). An optional GPS location finder will be offered beginning from nine to twelve months after the shoes are introduced. All SmartKickz™ shoes will have the capability for adding the GPS component at a later date, including shoes sold prior to the introduction of the GPS option. Sales of the GPS component are expected to represent a significant percentage of the Company’s total revenue stream.

While the primary focus of the corporation will be the development and marketing of a successful product and building a viable business, SmartKickz™ will begin business with strong core values of its obligations to people and the environment. First, SmartKickz™ will donate to foundations and charities, chosen by the purchaser, at a target level of $5 for every pair of shoes sold. Second, the Company will ensure that the production of the shoes will be performed in as “green” of manner as possible. In addition, Smartkickz™ will maintain its commitment to human rights by ensuring fair treatment of its workers, including those of overseas contractors.
