Josef Merrill previously founded Pan Am Education, a global teacher management system and learning management system. Joe sold the company to the Pivotal Group in October 2012. Previously, Joe was a senior director at the Carlyle-Apollo $1bn joint education fund, Apollo Global, and held a variety of positions at John Deere. Joe has an MBA from the University of Chicago and completed his BA in East Asian Studies at UC Davis.

Chad Harding has 15 years’ experience providing strategic and financial advice to high-growth technology, media and education companies. As an investment banker with Barclays, Chad has executed over $46 billion of mergers and acquisitions and $44 billion of financing transactions. Chad has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS in Chemical and Fuels Engineering at the University of Utah.
