Mr. Shain is a seasoned technology executive credited with a number of successful startups and turnarounds. He launched the desktop mapping industry with GEOVISION, Inc., turned around Cyco International (aka BlueCielo) and built MENSI, Inc. positioning it for sale to Trimble Navigation. He also served as VP of Sales & Marketing for Image Sensing Systems, Inc., a leading traffic supplier. An Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist and UMass graduate.

Dr. Lianyu Chu is the co-founder and manager of CLR Analytics Inc., a renowned transportation consulting firm specializing in traffic simulation modeling and advanced sensor technologies. Dr. Chu is also an Associate Researcher at the University of California Irvine and was an Associate Research Engineer at the University of California Berkeley. Dr. Chu holds BS and MS degrees in electrical engineering and a PhD in transportation engineering.

Dr. Liu is the developer of the Company’s patented technologies. He is well-known in the ITS industry and has published numerous papers on the subject of traffic flow analysis and optimization. His groundbreaking research on Traffic Flow Monitoring for Intersections with Signal Control resulted in the patent now licensed by the Company. He currently serves as Associate Professor of Civil Engineering at the University of Minnesota.

Mr. Hu is the Company's Systems Engineer and a PhD candidate at the University of Minnesota. He was instrumental in developing the core technologies licensed by the Company and has developed stellar credentials of his own in the field of traffic analysis and optimization. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and an original member of the SMART Signal research team.
