He was manager of investor relations for Emerging Sovereign Group where he managed that company’s launch of a $500 million equity fund.

Bob has raised over $10 million in debt and equity financing.

He has done 10 acquisitions, has performed over 50 valuations, stock options accounting and both SEC and FINRA reporting. He has worked with VC's, PE firms and investment banks. He has done forensic work as a Certified Fraud Examiner and discovered a $300,000 embezzlement.
