An experienced entrepreneur with a broad skillset across operations and management, Darrin leads the SGT team by creating, communicating, and implementing the Company’s vision, mission, and overall strategic direction. Darrin manages the Company’s strategic partnerships and is actively engaged in senior-level business development & sales efforts along with SGT’s national sales manager.

Jeff heads up the technology engineering effort and leads horticulture product innovation & efficiency by developing cost-effective technology solutions with superior components. An experienced entrepreneur and highly skilled industrial welder, Jeff works closely with SGT’s OEM, Envirolux®, on the component sourcing side, and across the design team to ensure product form and function.

Merle possesses 40+ years’ professional experience working with medium to large corporations in computer teams & retail operations, and develops the Company’s financial & cash flow strategies. Merle spent 20+ years managing the MIS of a variety of specialty retailers. Merle's finance experience in cash flow management specializing in emerging growth companies has been critical in enabling SGT to operate with limited resources.

Scott is a specialized engineer and leads the Company’s digital technology & controls group. Working closely with Jeff’s lighting engineering team, Scott brings unique expertise across direct digital controls for open and proprietary communication protocols, as well as electric and pneumatic control system engineering, and control systems programming and web-based UX. Scott’s background and experience working on large scale controls projects.

Ron directs and oversees the Marketing and Sales Division, managing both "physical” & "digital” channels. He is responsible for business development, creating advertising and marketing opportunities, sales force implementation, affiliate program launches, new hire recruitment, & commercial client management. Experience in both commercial and residential greenhouse sales, installation, lighting, hydroponics, ventilation & radiant heating.
