Strategy: Both client and freelancer sign up in this site. Freelancers create their profile and display their expertise area. Client post a job and freelancers apply. Client hire a freelancer and deposit the money to our escrow system. When the work is finished, we deduct 10% service fee and release the money to freelancer.
