Company Summary

We have been developing this plan to start our own trucking company that focuses on the key issues that cause driver to keep moving company to company. This drives up cost to a trucking company, since they have to keep recruiting, training and processing new employees which is a great cost and a negative to profits. We believe by focusing on these issues we can retain drivers and build better customers relations that bring higher profits.

    in the trucking industry. Before that I was in Service and Fleet Management for Caterpillar and Komatsu Equipment Companies, at both companies I managed equipment and trucking fleets with great success for more than 15 years.

    My wife has not been able to work for the last 10 years do to an illness that does not allow for her to work in the normal work
    atmosphere. Her tools will allow a driver to make themselves and the company great profits. She is a very detailed orientated
    person that allows her to be exact on everything she does with making money. She has put together that part of the training for
    both the drivers and fleet managers.
