Company Summary

To provide an agnostic digital tool to the patient, payer and hospital that can collect all medication data regardless of payer, doctor, PBM or pharmacy. The tool has the ability to drive reminders and resources to the patient, as well as allowing access to a call center to aid in their use and understanding of the data inside the app. We collect all data that resides in the app that is collected at the call center in order to provide metrics.
