Mr. Zemitis has over 30 years of experience designing, sourcing and producing tents, sleeping bags, packs and accessories for Sierra Mountaineering, The North Face, Sierra Designs and Mountain Hardwear. Mr. Zemitis is a co-founder of Mountain Hardwear and was critical to the early success of that business. His product designs have won numerous industry awards, including a recent 2013 Gold Award for the SlingFin HardShell tent.

Mr. Link is a world renown professional mountaineering guide who tests SlingFin’s products in development and provides essential design feedback. He also liaises with top expedition athletes and professional guide companies worldwide in order to provide product placement and to develop SlingFin’s guide partnership sales model.

Mr. Ying is responsible for the creation of design outlines and the management of information flows between SlingFin’s creative side and our manufacturers in Asia. He also supports our CRM system and is the all-around “get it done” guy. He has a Mechanical Engineering degree from UCLA and 12 years experience in product testing and liability as well as family experience in manufacturing and the outdoor industry.

Mr. Tabor has over 25 years of experience in production planning, sales forecasting, information technology implementation, CRM planning and implementation, and Internet marketing and social media leverage with a number of outdoor companies including Mountain Hardwear and Sierra Designs.

Mr. Kramer is an extremely well respected 30-year veteran of the outdoor industry with a track record of growing companies to a successful exit. He was the former President of Sierra Designs and former Vice President of Mountain Hardwear and now serves on the SlingFin Board of Directors.
