Company Summary

SlingFin is a high-end outdoor gear and apparel company started and primarily staffed by the founders of Mountain Hardwear. The outdoor industry has consolidated and is driven more by profit requirements. As a result more focus is on price points and pubwear and less on innovative, high quality products which serious users/enthusiasts demand and are willing to pay for. There is a big hole in the industry and the timing is right for a new brand.
