    Reuben was the founder and former CLO of edCetra Training Inc, which successfully sold its assets in May 2013. In 1998 Reuben obtained his Masters degree in Educational Technology and has worked in the technology field since. Reuben has been a senior leader throughout his career. Mr. Tozman released his first book with ASTD Press titled 'Learning On Demand: How the evolution of technology is shaping the future of learning' in October 2012.

    Michael comes from online gaming with expertise in marketing, software development and payment processing. Michael began his first company in 2000 specializing in online marketing . Michael Built his own online games that sold to one of the largest online casinos in North America. From there Michael grew his company and his skills in online marketing and was involved in several technology start ups and exits within the online gaming industry.
