Ken served aboard nuclear powered submarines. Ken has significant national recruiting experience in large organizations. Ken graduated with distinction from the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. After receiving the Pownall Scholarship from the United States Naval Academy, he attended Cambridge University in England where he earned a Master of Philosophy in Engineering.

Steve has over 24 years of experience working with U.S. Military and Veterans, having served as Program Manager for Database Management System (DBMS) implementation aboard all U.S. submarines. He has served as the Executive Officer of the USS TUCSON, Maritime Homeland Defense and Pacific Theater Security Cooperation Executive Agent for Mexico and Canada, and is a qualified as a Nuclear Naval Engineer. Steve is a retired submarine officer.

Over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources Industry, 5 in Executive Medicine, and 3 in Veteran Outreach. Skilled in Marketing Management, Intelligence Analysis, Government, Readiness, and Operational Planning. Strong community and social services professional with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) focused on Marketing from American Public University System.

Liza is Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer. Liza has 20 years of experience in organizational excellence in military support groups across multiple industries.  Her innovative solutions & application of best practices were the foundation for the SkillMil platform design. Liza holds a B.A. in Languages (Florida State Univ.) and an M.A. in Human Relations (Univ. of Oklahoma).

Marian has 30+ years of experience in leading-edge technology commercialization. She has held senior executive positions with AT&T, Sprint, CGA, CGI, SAIC, and SRI. She is on leave of absence from Sand Hill Angels in Palo Alto, CA, and is a member of Wealthy VC. In 2005, Marian has raised $5M for two companies she launched in the IP streaming space
