My business model is to open a clean, safe and friendly skating rink that has facilities for the skaters as well as the onlookers. A lounge area with comfortable seating and televisions as well as a small cafe so they can relax while their companions are skating.
I would provide the skates for those who did not have any (via rental) , party facilities, and the cafe.
