Before founding Skaffl Rita was a High School Social Studies Teacher and Instructional Technology Specialist. In her role as Instructional Technologist she helped to develop and implement a one-to-one iPad program for students in her District in grades 7-12. She has a Masters Degree in Instructional Technology from Arcadia University. She is also a licensed Pennsylvania attorney.

Matt's experiences include enterprise IT networking and security, cloud server management, and web, mobile, and desktop software development. All told, Matt has over 10 years of experience working with technology, either in a managerial or a pure technical role.

A school technology director with 18 years of education technology experience. Mike has served as the Director of Technology for a School District in Pennsylvania with a 1:1 iPad deployment in grades 7-9. In addition to his work in schools Mike also runs a profitable website targeted at Jeep enthusiast.
