James is a Disabled Veteran who served 8 years in the Army. Before and after the Army he held Management positions with several companies increasing his experience and skills. He also has an Associates degree in Business. Aside from his professional accomplishments, he is an avid sports fan, with an emphasis on NFL.

Stephanie has been in Finance/Customer Service for more than 10 years. She has an Associates Degree in Accounting and a Bachelors Degree in Business. She has helped several companies with Recovery and Retention and has increased her knowledge, skills and experience in banking, accounting as well as retail while doing so.
