Attorney, insurance broker, and consultant in the risk management space, Paul developed the concept for SirenGPS while examining existing enterprise emergency communication solutions and practices.

A graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia, Galina has been an integral member of the SirenGPS team since the company’s inception two years ago. Responsible for operational and strategic planning, Galina’s business instincts, project-management acumen, and keen sense of our next-generation emergency communication tools make her the perfect fit for SirenGPS.

Bernard led concept development and developed a model for sustainable innovation and incubation in the enterprise at Microsoft Live Labs. Also at Microsoft, Bernard was Senior Director of Business Management for the Business Platform Division (products including SQL Server, SQL Azure, and AppFabric among others). Formerly Director of Research Engineering at Yahoo! Bernard holds a Ph.D. (D.I.C.) from Imperial College of Science, London.
