Formulary information currently feeding EMR’s are at the benefit design level, not patient level, and fraught with imperfect information. Consequently, the data that is provided to prescribers when writing prescriptions guides ineffective decisions at the point of care. Singularis believes this inadequate quality of data is unacceptable, and providing real time, patient specific cost and therapeutic transparency will benefit all stakeholders.
