Company Summary

We provide a solution for on-demand electricity via industry standard pedestals and outlets to customers initiating service with their phones. Markets include food trucks/carts, idling vehicles such as ambulances and delivery trucks, marinas/RV parks, EVs, and quick service restaurants and hotels. The problems we solve are metering/controlling electricity where no such capacity exists and reducing energy costs and pollution from using generators.

    Mike is the founder and CEO of Simply Grid. Mike is a recent graduate of the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry and Stuyvesant High School. His background is in engineering and polymer chemistry with a strong understanding of hardware and software.

    Jeffrey is a seasoned technology strategist and attorney who has many years of operational experience with several enterprises. He has been the CEO of a web development studio, a partner in a law firm, and most recently an executive at the first rewards and loyalty provider in the utility space which was acquired in 2012.
