As a small business consultant I examine internal processes and work with the existing management and ownership teams to improve efficiency, sales, and drive revenue growth. I provide knowledge and experience to start-ups, first year businesses, and established businesses. My areas of expertise are efficiency, networking, driving sales growth, and high quality employee procurement. I also work with other independent consultants as needed.

I am Vincent Porter and I have been a leader, a motivator, a supervisor, & a boss for the majority of my working life. I have two degrees in Business. I am the founder of my own business that has been going strong since 2009.
I am a father of two wonderful children. They are the light of my life. I run my business the same way I raise my family, with heart, soul, and caring. I believe these are the ingredients to a successful, thriving business.
